At BAUER KOMPRESSOREN, sustainability is an integral part of our corporate vision and the basis of all our business activities. 

Protecting the climate, the environment and natural resources is a key objective for us – concrete, measurable and future-oriented. 

In order to effectively reduce our ecological footprint, we have implemented a comprehensive environmental management system that has been successfully certified according to ISO 14001. 

All measures are cross-divisional and are actively supported by all employees. 

Climate-neutral mobility 

• Gradual conversion of the entire company vehicle fleet to emission-free drives 

Sustainable production 

• No use of environmentally harmful substances in manufacturing and packaging 
• Use of recycled materials wherever possible 

Increasing energy efficiency 

• Optimisation of building technology and production equipment 
• Green electricity supply at all locations in Geretsried 

Intelligent waste management 

• Expansion and optimisation of company-wide waste separation systems 

Promoting biodiversity 

• Creation of flower meadows, deadwood piles and bee colonies in the company's own protected forest 

Sustainability does not end with the goals we have achieved. 

Our environmental strategy is based on a clearly defined continuous improvement process that is regularly reviewed, refined and further developed – always with the aim of becoming better, not just being good. 

For us, sustainability is not a project – it is a continuous process.
