These specific warranty conditions are subject to the laws of the country in which the compressor was purchased and apply exclusively to systems acquired through an authorized BAUER dealer. BAUER KOMPRESSOREN grants only the first owner an additional three-month warranty against material and manufacturing defects. These differ only in duration from the warranty conditions established in the respective country. All other terms remain valid. 

The warranty does not apply to systems that are purchased and used for rental purposes. 

To make a warranty claim, the compressor must be presented to the authorized BAUER dealer from whom the system was purchased. The original invoice with date and proof of purchase as well as the warranty certificate must be included. 

No warranty shall apply if the compressor system or its components have been used improperly, maintained improperly, repaired improperly, altered, or modified (except by certified dealers), in the event of an accident, or if subjected to other unusual, extreme, or improper conditions. Damage due to normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty. The owner is solely responsible for the inspection of their system. Damage caused by improper installation and maintenance or installation using third-party spare parts and accessories is not covered. 

NO FURTHER CLAIMS EXIST UNDER THIS WARRANTY. ANY OTHER CLAIMS THAT MIGHT OTHERWISE BE ASSERTED ARE EXCLUDED, IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FINES/PENALTIES. ANY OTHER STATUTORY WARRANTIES, IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE GRANTED ONLY FOR THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. 

If any provision of this limited warranty is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms, which shall remain fully effective.
