YOUR TASKS – EXCITING AND VARIED 

• Work closely with the Head of the Breathing Air Division (firefighting, diving and other breathing air applications) to take responsibility for the external breathing air sales market 
• You will manage, support and expand a network of representatives and dealers in Germany and worldwide (e.g. Southern and Northern Europe, South Africa, Maldives, Turkey). 
• You will develop sales strategies tailored to local markets and ensure continuous growth 
• You will strengthen long-term partnerships and act as a trusted advisor to our partners 
• You will represent BAUER at international trade fairs and during customer visits 
• Be the expert for breathing air solutions! 

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING 

• Technical background: e.g. mechanical engineering, pressure systems, industrial plants or similar 
• Sales expertise or strong motivation to develop into a commercial manager 
• Ideally, knowledge of breathing air/high-pressure gas systems – or the passion to acquire this knowledge 
• Fluent English and German (other languages are an advantage) 
• Entrepreneurial spirit, strong communication skills and relationship building, confident in dealing with partners from different cultures 
• Willingness to travel extensively to international destinations
