In 2004, the family-run BAUER Group underwent restructuring and reorganisation. Since then, all subsidiaries worldwide have been managed under the umbrella of BAUER COMP HOLDING GmbH, which coordinates and develops the global orientation and market positioning of the group of companies. Thanks to a sophisticated target system consisting of KPIs for management and a cloud-based business intelligence system in real time, full transparency in all of the group's processes has enabled it to increase its turnover two and a half times over the last two decades.
