Sustainable filter technology from BAUER KOMPRESSOREN 

With the introduction of the green TRIPLEX cartridge, BAUER is sending a strong signal for resource-saving product development and active environmental responsibility. 

As part of BAUER's sustainability initiative, the project is guided by the principle: ‘As much packaging as necessary – as little plastic as possible.’ 

The TRIPLEX cartridge – used in the COMPACT-LINE and PROFI-LINE systems – is BAUER's best-selling filter cartridge and therefore offers the greatest potential for savings. 

Key points of the redesign: 

• 50% less plastic 
• Significantly reduced weight and volume 
• Packaging now made from recycled corrugated cardboard 
• No plastic closures or styrofoam chips 
• Savings in valuable transport resources 

The result: Less material, less CO₂, more efficiency – with the same performance. 

Today, all BAUER filter cartridges meet the new internal sustainability criteria – an important milestone for environmentally friendly filtration.

The TRIPLEX cartridge remains a guarantee for maximum breathing air quality – with comprehensive treatment in a compact module:
