    The sixth generation of BAUER controllers offers exceptionally user-friendly and intuitive operation. This control panel ensures stable and consistent processing conditions. The precisely regulated nitrogen pressure profile injected into the melt guarantees a repeatable hollow section within the plastic part.

    System concept G60V

    The plug-and-play solution combines all the components necessary for helium recovery in a compact housing. All controls are ergonomically arranged and accessible from the front. 
    The compressors are cooled directly with ambient air, allowing the heat generated to be dissipated easily and efficiently. The compressor system is designed for intermittent operation and is therefore suitable for small volumes of helium in clinics, laboratories, and other medical facilities.

    Options

    Sequential piloting

    Adds an additional connector on the rear of the FCC 6 for controlling up to four distributors on the hydraulic pump. This enables direct actuation of tool components - such as opening or closing overflow cavities - directly from the controller. 

    Integrated Volume

    Each valve is supplied by its own independent nitrogen storage volume. The system calculates pressure variations to provide precise gas-consumption monitoring per part—ideal for process optimization.

    2 IMM (Dual Injection Moulding Machine Communication)

    Adds a second communication interface (dual Euromap 62) to allow simultaneous communication with two injection moulding machines. The valves are symmetrically assigned to IMM1 and IMM2, reducing system investment when both machines are located close to each other.
