The HELIUM-RECOVERY System G60V from BAUER combines all the essential components for efficient helium recovery in a compact, soundproof housing. The system consists of a high-pressure compressor, an integrated helium balloon and a powerful purification system for treating the gas. Thanks to its Super-Silent enclosure, the system is particularly quiet. The intelligent B-CONTROL MICRO control system allows convenient monitoring and control, including connection to the B-CLOUD and B-APP. The system compresses the captured helium to up to 200 bar and is specially designed for use in medical facilities and research laboratories.
B-CONTROL MICRO compressor control system
The B-CONTROL MICRO is a modern, user-friendly compressor control system with a color display that intelligently manages and reliably monitors all basic functions. Interaction between the user and the control system is intuitive and straightforward, with information displayed in clear text. Various languages are available. External signal transmitters can be connected at any time, and operation in a networked system or with an external display is also possible.
B-CONTROL SMART compressor control system
The B-CONTROL SMART is a powerful compressor control system with an extended range of functions, ample storage capacity, and IoT connectivity via B-CLOUD. It supports networked operation and delivers high performance for demanding applications. Available with either a 3.5” color display or a 7” touchscreen, it enables intuitive operation and secure remote access – a future-proof solution.
G60V system concept
The plug-and-play solution combines all the components required for helium recovery in a compact housing. All operating elements are ergonomically arranged and accessible from the front.
The compressors are cooled directly with ambient air, and the heat generated can be dissipated easily and efficiently. The compressor unit is designed for intermittent operation and is therefore suitable for small volumes of helium in clinics, laboratories and other medical facilities.
Compressor block
The high-pressure compressor block is the heart of the system. Thanks to its plateau-honed cylinders and efficient cooling system, it is suitable for numerous applications. Oil changes are easy thanks to easily accessible fill and drain points, while a dipstick allows the oil level to be checked easily. Long replacement intervals and low-wear piston rings help to reduce operating costs.
B-DRAIN automatic condensate drain
The B-DRAIN condensate drain automatically discharges the water-oil mixture from the intermediate and final separators. Solenoid valves control the discharge individually and reliably. The gentle, controlled condensate release reduces pressure losses, saves energy, and increases efficiency. Compared to conventional solutions, B-DRAIN operates significantly more quietly.
B-LINK 4G
With an integrated WiFi or 4G router, compressor systems equipped with B-CONTROL MICRO can be wirelessly connected to the B-CLOUD. This enables stable remote access, reliable remote monitoring, and secure data transmission via WLAN or mobile networks. If required, the B-LINK 4G can be installed externally to optimize signal strength. It is designed for use in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region.
Options
B-CLOUD & B-APP
With BAUER B-CLOUD and the B-APP, users can keep an eye on their compressor system at all times, even remotely. Operating data, maintenance instructions, and status messages are transmitted and visualized in real time. This increases transparency, simplifies monitoring, and supports optimized maintenance planning. In addition, the stored operating data in the B-CLOUD is available for later analysis and system performance optimization. If the condition of your compressor system changes, B-CLOUD or B-APP will notify you immediately – by email or via push notification straight to your smartphone.
B-LINK
Wi-Fi and 4G routers enable the wireless communication of the B-CONTROL MICRO with the B-CLOUD. They establish a reliable Wi-Fi or mobile network connection, allowing secure remote access to the compressor system.
