Training Program: Compressor Technology Level 1

Whether in firefighting, industry, or dive centers – operating a BAUER compressor means taking responsibility for safety and reliability. In our Level 1 course, you’ll gain the knowledge and hands-on skills to perform independent, professional maintenance on your system. 

This course is intended for: 

• Service technicians and operators managing multiple BAUER systems 
• Equipment managers at fire departments, police units, and diving clubs 
• Technicians in industrial plants, test benches, and pressure chambers 
• Anyone who wants to detect, resolve, and prevent operational faults

Theory Part: 

• Basics of gas compression 
• Structure and function of the compressor system 
• Safety and accident prevention guidelines  
• Maintenance tasks and service schedules 
• Fault analysis and trobleshooting  
• Correct ordering of spare parts 
• Latest product developments from BAUER 

Practical Part: 

• In-person training: Maintenance, disassembly, reassembly, and testing of a 4-stage compressor, including trial run 
• Online training: Covers maintenance procedures through detailed service videos for three compressor models (JUNIOR II, MARINER 250, and PE 550). The compressor blocks used in these models are also found in many other BAUER systems. Course participants receive access to these videos for 3 years. 
• Open Q&A session addressing specific customer issues 

All participants receive an official certificate upon successful completion, valid for 3 years.
