Details & Features
The B-SAFE 300 is a fully enclosed high-pressure filling chamber designed for the simultaneous filling of up to ten breathing air cylinders at pressures of up to 410 bar. Its rugged design and lateral pressure relief ensure maximum safety – without requiring additional protective measures in the room. Operation is via a touchscreen control panel, optionally with a proportional valve for standards-compliant filling of lightweight cylinders.
The B-SAFE ECO is a compact safety chamber designed for direct compressor connection, offering maximum safety with minimal space requirements. Equipped with a mechanical door lock, modern venting technology, and internal pressure relief, it is ideal for container-based and stationary installations. It accommodates up to six breathing air cylinders.
Safety cell
The B-SAFE features an extremely robust steel safety cell that reliably protects against the consequences of bursting cylinders or rupturing filling hoses. Controlled air release to the housing side reduces the risk for operators. Both versions are portable and suitable for mobile use in vehicles. Forklift recesses on all housing sides enable easy handling.
Safety doors
The explosion-proof doors of the B-SAFE reliably secure the filling area. On the B-SAFE 300, the lock engages automatically during filling to prevent incorrect operation. The B-SAFE ECO is equipped with a mechanical safety lock that also prevents opening during operation.
Filling control
The B-SAFE 300 is equipped with a user-friendly touchscreen control with plain text display of all operating parameters. The B-SAFE ECO is manually operated and equipped with three pressure gauges for pressure control. Both versions provide safe and efficient control of the filling process.

Options
Proportional valve
For sensitive composite cylinders, the B-SAFE 300 can be equipped with an electronically controlled proportional valve. It allows a defined, medium filling speed between 20 and 50 bar/min, thus preventing pressure surges and time-consuming repressurizing.
