P 31 filter system
When used in conjunction with original BAUER filter cartridges, the P 31 filter system with integrated oil and water separator and pressure retention check valve can be relied upon for breathing air treatment conforming to DIN EN 12021¹. A type-tested and sealed final pressure safety valve enables particularly high levels of operational safety to be achieved. 600 m³ of air can be treated.
¹ If the units are maintained and installed correctly as described in the operating instructions or user manual and if the concentration of CO2 in the intake air does not exceed the values specified in the applicable standard for breathing air.
Crash frame incl. handles
The corrosion-resistant crash frame provides additional protection for the unit and can accommodate additional accessories such as a compressor control or a larger filter system. The handles make moving the unit easy and convenient.
The filling device comprises a flexible "UNIMAM" high-pressure filling hose and filling valve complete with final pressure gauge. The final pressure gauge makes it easy to read off the filling pressure. It is protected against damage by a durable rubber jacket.
High-quality UNIMAM high-pressure filling hoses made from food-safe and long-life hose material make for flexible and safe handling. Swivel hose connections enable the filling valve to be connected to the breathing air cylinder quickly, easily and safely.
The integration of a motor rocker means that the tension of the V-belt no longer has to be adjusted.
Automatic condensate drain incl. final pressure shutdown and control conforming to European CE standard
The automatic condensate drain B-DRAIN is controlled via the electrical control system. The condensate produced can be collected in a condensate tank for disposal in an environmentally-friendly way.
Compressor control (PROFI-LINE)
This electrical control system with additional monitoring electronics switches the compressor off automatically when the final pressure is reached in the system, measures operating hours and oil pressure, and displays the current operating status. As such, it facilitates fully automatic operation with storage systems.
Additional filling device PN 200 or PN 300 bar
There is the option to supplement an existing filling valve with the addition of one or more filling valves with filling hoses of varying lengths.
P 41 Purification system
When used in conjunction with original BAUER filter cartridges, the P 41 filter system with additional oil and water separator and pressure retention check valve can be relied upon for breathing air treatment conforming to DIN EN 12021:2014¹. A type-tested and sealed final pressure safety valve enables particularly high levels of operational safety to be achieved. 1550 m³ of air can be treated.
¹ If the units are maintained and installed correctly as described in the user manual and subject to the BAUER AERO-GUARD being used if CO2 concentration in the intake air exceeds prescribed standard values.

Additional intermediate separator after the first stage
In the case of operation in locations where air humidity is high (tropical regions, for example), we recommend installing a separator downstream of the first compressor stage. This can extend the service life of the unit and reduce maintenance costs.
The trolley provides an easy and convenient mode of transport for mobile compressor units. Fitted with pneumatic tyres, the trolley maximises mobility.
All electric motors are available with other voltages and frequencies on request.
