Guttroff puts its trust in BAUER B-DETECTION PLUS
The medium-sized, family-run Guttroff Group produces and distributes gases of various purity classes and compositions for a wide range of applications.
An important branch of the business is the production of breathing air for hospitals and medical facilities, which is generated by a powerful, latest-generation BAUER VERTICUS compressor with an integrated P-filter system.
The compressor system was designed and installed in collaboration with the distributor and breathing air specialist HubSys Airtech to meet the specific requirements of the application. The high safety requirements in the medical sector make it necessary to continuously monitor and document the quality of the air supplied. This task is performed by the B-DETECTION PLUS online gas measurement system. It records the measured values, stores them as log data in the device and thus provides legal certainty for the operator.
If limit values are exceeded, it prevents air with harmful concentrations of moisture, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, oxygen and VOCs from entering the cylinders by diverting the non-compliant air or, if necessary, by shutting down the system. This is a further safety bonus for Guttroff's customers, who can now rely 100% on the quality of the air supplied.
