    BAUER screw compressor systems stand for top quality, durability, and maximum efficiency. With a pressure range of 6 – 20 bar, they are perfectly designed for the reliable compression of CO₂ and biogas. This makes them an energy-efficient and sustainable solution for demanding industrial applications.

    The typical scope of supply includes the compressor with motor, base frame, intake section, discharge section, oil cooling, as well as software cards with display and frequency converter for seamless integration into the customer’s control system.

    ROTORCOMP EVO screw compressors

    Rotorcomp's EVO screw blocks for biogas are characterised by their extremely high efficiency thanks to the wear-free ROLLING PROFILE® rotor and offer a long service life and modular design, which is ideal for biogas compression systems in particular.

    Oil cooling

    Oil/water heat exchanger located in the oil circuit, which maintains the oil at a stable temperature of around 90°C.

    Software cards, display and frequency converter

    These are supplied separately as standard and integrated into the overall control system by the customer.

    Options

    Heat recovery

    The optional heat recovery system utilizes the waste heat generated during compression and efficiently provides it for heating or process applications. This reduces energy costs while simultaneously increasing the sustainability of your system. Up to 80% of the drive power can be recovered in the form of heat.

    Complete unit control

    The optional complete plant control enables central monitoring and management of all relevant processes of your screw compressor. This gives you full control at all times, optimizes operation, and increases the overall efficiency of the system.

    Gas cooling (for water-cooled systems)

    The gas cooling option reliably reduces the temperature of the compressed biogas, thereby protecting downstream system components. This ensures efficient, safe, and continuous plant operation.

    Fine oil filtration

    The fine filtration (oil removal) option ensures the reliable separation of oil from the compressed gas. This guarantees high gas quality and protects downstream processes. A residual oil content of up to 0.003 mg/m³ can be achieved.

    Tanktdatenerfassung

    Wird die Min-Markierung des Ölstands erreicht, erscheint eine Warnmeldung in der Steuerung. Diese Option ist besonders für den Dauerbetrieb empfehlenswert und erhöht die Betriebssicherheit der Kompressoranlage durch frühzeitige Information über kritische Füllstände.
