Sometimes important events coincide perfectly. The French subsidiary BAUER COMPRESSEURS was able to start operations at its newly built plant just in time for the company's 40th anniversary. This was a welcome opportunity for Heinz Bauer to personally inspect the new building during a business trip. During a tour, Managing Director Raffael Kurz proudly presented the state-of-the-art building with its bright, employee-friendly offices and spacious social areas. Environmental and climate protection were top priorities in the building's design: the building boasts the highest available insulation standard and a rooftop solar system with a total panel area of 1,300 square meters. In combination with heat pumps, it covers the entire basic demand for electricity and heating energy, thus effectively reducing the impact on the climate. In addition to the classic breathing air program, the production and assembly area will in future focus on the efficient cycle assembly of the highly sought-after new series of systems for the production of environmentally friendly biomethane.
