The PE-VE series impresses with peak delivery rates of up to 850 l/min. These stationary systems are designed for professional use in diving and respiratory protection. They offer a space-saving design, robust workmanship, proven BAUER components, and modular expandability. Uncompromisingly reliable, technically mature, and ideal for all users with high performance requirements for pure breathing air.
Compressor block
Our compressor blocks are based on decades of experience and development. An efficient air cooling system with large coolers and finned cylinders ensures optimal cooling. Robust industrial roller bearings, pressure lubrication, and fine oil filters minimize wear. Dynamically balanced drive units ensure smooth operation and long maintenance intervals.
P 41 Purification system
The P 41 Purification system with additional oil and water separator as well as pressure-retaining non-return valve ensures reliable breathing air in accordance with DIN EN 12021:2014¹ when using original BAUER filter cartridges. A type-tested, sealed final pressure safety valve ensures high operational safety. The processable air volume is 1,550 m³.¹ Applies with proper maintenance, installation according to the operating manual, and when using the BAUER B-AEROGUARD if the CO₂ concentration exceeds the standard limits.P 61 Purification system
The P 61 Purification system with oil and water separator as well as pressure-retaining non-return valve ensures reliable breathing air in accordance with DIN EN 12021:2014¹ when using original BAUER filter cartridges. B-CONTROL MICRO compressor control system
The B-CONTROL MICRO is a modern, user-friendly compressor control system with a color display that intelligently manages and reliably monitors all basic functions. Interaction between the user and the control system is intuitive and straightforward, with information displayed in clear text. Various languages are available. External signal transmitters can be connected at any time, and operation in a networked system or with an external display is also possible.

B-DRAIN automatic condensate drain
The B-DRAIN condensate drain automatically discharges the water-oil mixture from the intermediate and final separators. Solenoid valves control the discharge individually and reliably. The gentle, controlled condensate release reduces pressure losses, saves energy, and increases efficiency. Compared to conventional solutions, B-DRAIN operates significantly more quietly.
Motor rocker with belt tensioner
Thanks to the integrated motor rocker with belt tensioner, no retightening of the V-belt is required anymore.
B-LINK 4G
With an integrated WiFi or 4G router, compressor systems equipped with B-CONTROL MICRO can be wirelessly connected to the B-CLOUD. This enables stable remote access, reliable remote monitoring, and secure data transmission via WLAN or mobile networks. If required, the B-LINK 4G can be installed externally to optimize signal strength. It is designed for use in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region.
Options
Super Silent Version
The Super Silent enclosure significantly reduces the sound pressure level of the compressor system and enables the connection of an exhaust duct. Its effective sound insulation ensures quieter operation and can also be retrofitted if required.
B-SECURUS filter monitoring
The B-SECURUS system monitors the saturation of the filter cartridge(s) by measuring the moisture level in the molecular sieve and provides a timely indication when a cartridge replacement is required – either on the display or via the control unit. Once saturation is reached, the system automatically shuts down the unit. The B-SECURUS filter monitoring system can only be used in conjunction with the P 41, P 61, or P 81 Purification systems, as well as the external BAUER Purification systems.
Filling device 4 × 200 bar / 4 × 300 bar
The filling device consists of four flexible high-pressure filling hoses, each with a filling valve for 200 or 300 bar. An integrated final pressure gauge allows easy reading of the final pressure.
B-CLOUD & B-APP
With BAUER B-CLOUD and the B-APP, users can keep an eye on their compressor system at all times, even remotely. Operating data, maintenance instructions, and status messages are transmitted and visualized in real time. This increases transparency, simplifies monitoring, and supports optimized maintenance planning. In addition, the stored operating data in the B-CLOUD is available for later analysis and system performance optimization.
B-LINK
Wi-Fi and 4G routers enable the wireless communication of the B-CONTROL MICRO with the B-CLOUD. They establish a reliable Wi-Fi or mobile network connection, allowing secure remote access to the compressor system.
Integrated gas measurement system B-DETECTION PLUS i
The integrated B-DETECTION PLUS gas measurement system monitors breathing air and Nitrox in real time according to DIN EN 12021:2014. It measures CO, CO₂, O₂, humidity, and VOCs, and protects with automatic shutdown in case of limit exceedance. The CO ping test checks sensors before start. With B-CLOUD, digital documentation and remote access are possible. Optionally, contaminated air can be vented automatically outdoors.
Exhaust shaft
For installation in containers or operating rooms, two exhaust duct variants are available: without ventilation flaps for vertical discharge of cooling air, and with flaps for temperature-controlled exhaust air routing either into the room or to the outside. Both variants can only be connected to an exhaust air duct when used in conjunction with the Super Silent enclosure.
Condensate collection system 60 l
The large condensate collection system centrally collects condensate produced during compression. An integrated float switch reliably monitors the fill level. Silencer and filter unit reduce noise and prevent odors in the working environment.
