PE-NITROX MEMBRANE

Compact membrane system for generating Nitrox with up to 40% oxygen content

The PE-NITROX MEMBRANE produces Nitrox with up to 40% oxygen content by separating N₂ from breathing air.
  • Nitrox up to 40% O₂
  • Especially small footprint thanks to side-mounted membrane unit

  • Details & Features

The BAUER PE-NITROX MEMBRANE offers a compact, CE-certified solution for safe, efficient Nitrox production up to 40% oxygen content. Designed for continuous operation with minimal maintenance, the system integrates a low-pressure compressor, refrigeration dryer, and filter unit in a space-saving enclosure, with the membrane unit mounted externally to further reduce the footprint. The intuitive hardwired control system is easily accessible from the front. The compact design makes the PE-NITROX MEMBRANE an ideal choice for professional dive centers and any space-constrained installations.

The components of the BAUER PE-NITROX MEMBRANE system

    Low-pressure compressor

The screw compressor delivers a pre-pressure of approx. 10 bar, required for supplying the oxygen membrane. The screw compressor with particularly efficient "Rolling Profile" comes from BAUER’s own production.

    Refrigeration dryer

The main tasks of the refrigeration dryer are drying and achieving the desired temperature of the compressed air.

    Filter unit

Filtration system for reliable removal of oil and particles, optimally protecting the membrane against harmful influences and extending its service life.

    Membrane system

The oxygen membrane separates N₂ from the breathing air, thereby increasing the oxygen content. The oxygen fraction can be freely adjusted between 21% and 40%. (Maximum level depends on the selected system.)
