  • Details & Features

    In combination with BAUER Nitrox compressors, B-BLENDING produces precise and safe Nitrox mixtures with up to 40% O₂. Its compact design makes it ideal for dive centers with limited to medium space requirements. The B-CONTROL MICRO system allows an easy switch between air and Nitrox operation. Mechanical and electronic safety systems ensure the preset mixing ratio remains accurste ans stable. B-BLENDING can be mounted directly on the compressor or externally on the wall — providing maximum flexibility.

    System structure B-BLENDING

    How B-BLENDING works:  

    1. Ambient air is pre-cleaned by a particle filter.
    2. Pure oxygen from a cylinder is metered via a proportional valve.
    3. In the mixing section, oxygen is combined with air in the desired ratio.
    4. A sensor continuously measures the O₂ content in the mixture.
    5. The B-CONTROL MICRO control system regulates the mixing ratio in real time and stops the process in the event of deviations.
    6. The finished Nitrox mixture is compressed to the final pressure in the compressor.
