Intake Control C 60 / C 100 / C 150

This line of ROTORCOMP intake controls is designed for screw compressor units up to an intake air capacity of 5,5 m³/min / 195 CFM. Consisting of a base regulator and a flangeable control unit for the various operating modes it incorporates the following functions:

• Allows for a closed inlet at start up to reduce the starting load
• Vents the sump pressure at shutdown and unloaded condition
• Vents the sump quickly when the unit is stopped
• Bone dry operation
  No oil will pass back out of the inlet filter
• Quiet operation
  A guided air flow through the system guarantees sound dampening

Electric modulation control:

The electric modulation control C60-2, C100-2 und C150-2 allows alternatively for a start/stop or idling operation depending on the final pressure adjusted on the electric pressure switch.

These control units are interchangeable and fit all basic regulator sizes.
