Bypass valve: The accessory for the control panel that makes good sense

BAUER bypass valve
BAUER bypass valve

The use of the bypass valve reduces the level of contamination of the control valve considerably (through direct external pressure release), thereby significantly shortening cleaning cycles for service purposes.

The bypass valve is positioned between the die and the proportional control valve of the control panel.

All the information you need at your fingertips!

The bypass valve is so easy to use that pressure control is not required. The internal mechanics are controlled solely by the pressure of the proportional control valve.

As the mechanics are highly reactive, injection and pressure release in the form of uniform pressure ramps or pressure stages is supported.

The gas flowing back from the die is discharged into the ambient air in the bypass valve and is thus not able to flow back to the proportional valve of the control panel. As a result, the proportional valve is protected against potential contamination.

Scope of delivery, basic version
